Joe is a visionary leader with a 20-year track record of leading nationally-recognized supply chain transformations and new business development ventures at multi-billion dollar organizations.
Joe recently started an innovative practice called Supply Chain Sherpas, which provides distinctive talent management solutions designed to help unlock the transformative potential of the healthcare supply chain.
Supply Chain Sherpas offers executive coaching, mentoring, strategic advisory services and education services to both Providers and Suppliers.
For most of the last decade, Joe has continued to learn healthcare and its supply chain nuances while in progressive leadership roles at Pensiamo and at Intermountain Healthcare. Joe served as the Executive Vice President of Operations for Pensiamo, where he led sourcing, purchasing, accounts payable, integrations and account management for UPMC while developing Pensiamo’s offerings for external clients. Previously, Joe served as Intermountain Healthcare’s Vice President of Supply Chain & Chief Procurement Officer where he led the award-winning transformation effort and helped the team earn the number one ranking in Gartner’s “Healthcare Supply Chain Top 25.” Individually, Joe was recognized as the “Contracting Professional of the Year” in 2013 by Healthcare Contracting News.
Prior to joining the healthcare industry, Joe held progressive procurement and business development roles at Foodbuy while helping the company grow to become world’s largest food service GPO. Joe also led the global sourcing transformation for Corporate Express (now Staples) after first helping the company launch its successful integrated supply business.

Deb Zolna is the founder and managing consultant of Z Consulting, LLC. Z Consulting focus' on helping organizations transform their operations to be more efficient, effective, and accountable to corporate goals and objectives. Deb drives a unique project management methodology in which the Z Consulting team takes project management one step further and develops the actual work product.
Deb began her career in the start-up era in 2000 setting up customer service departments and establishing implementation best practices for SaaS business models. She moved into Supply Chain/Strategic Sourcing/Business Requirements Analysis roles with Corporate Express, Capgemini, AIMCO, and T-Mobile. In 2010, she started Z Consulting to provide consultative services to supply chains in all industries with a specific focus on project implementation and execution.

Curtis is Founder and President of Mazree.com. Mazree specializes in providing innovative technology for health systems to simplify and improve their supply chains. He has a unique skill and passion for utilizing technology to simplify and automate the complexities of the space.
He has been an active leader in the health care supply chain helping dozens of health systems optimize and improve their supply chain.
Curtis began his career at Intermountain Healthcare where his skills and expertise quickly rose him through the ranks from Analyst, to Sourcing Manager, to Supply Chain Solutions. At Intermountain, he helped the organization save millions of dollars, develop and implement various innovative technologies, and lead efforts to centralize their pharmacy services.
Following nearly 10 years at Intermountain, Curtis joined Omnicell where he helped develop and implement pharmacy performance solutions for several health systems.

Michelle is an industry leader in health care supply chain analytics. With over 10 years of intensive analytic and statistical experience she has a thorough understanding of the health care supply chain and its far-reaching impact across departments and facilities. With a focus on data, she drove and simplified best practices for a leading health care system resulting in significant savings and increased budgets.
CBT Analytics was created to help procure savings by utilizing statistical modeling to assist facilities in their decision-making process. CBT Analytics stated goal is to standardize, categorize, and optimize your data and taxonomy.
Michelle began her career in personal finance with a focus on assisting families plan for their future. Her skills were immediately recognized and a new division within her institution was created to enhance these talents. In this role, Michelle realized her passion for making decisions based on data. This lead her to Intermountain Healthcare where she was given the freedom to develop processes and reports that matured the analytics department. After 10 years Michelle recognized the need in the market to assist other health care organizations and CBT Analytics was born.
